Description and notes
Here we have an attractive display specimen from famous Ojuela mine from the finds around 2007-2009. This fine quality small cabinet specimen features a full coverage of excellent botryoidal green mimetite, with the largest "ball" measuring about 5 mm, which plays host to a beautiful caramel-orange color, thick prismatic crystal of wulfenite measuring up to 1.0 cm on oxidized matrix. The color of the mimetite is quite good for Ojuela - green is a rare hue for the species - and the beautiful orange wulfenite is a wonderful accent. From the collection of David L. Stoudt.
